Casting

At Promax, we collaborate closely with our subsuppliers, who are equipped with advanced facilities including melting furnaces, precision molds, wax injection machines, ceramic shell building equipment, and high-pressure die casting machines. Gravity casting is ideal for straightforward and robust parts. It utilizes the force of gravity to fill the mold and offers simplicity and cost-effectiveness. Investment casting is suited for creating highly detailed and precise components. It involves creating wax patterns, investing them in ceramic shells, and then melting out the wax before pouring in the molten metal. It yields intricate shapes with minimal material waste. Die casting involves forcing molten metal into a mold cavity under high pressure, it is perfect for high-volume production of complex and accurate parts. With these capabilities, Promax manufactures a wide range of cast components such as power steering worms, universal joints, central shafts, steering wheel adjustment mechanisms, motor shafts, motor housings, inverter housing, power supply connectors, sensor components, solenoid valve components, shift forks, relay boxes and junction box.
